Question: Can I run samples with low cell viability for ATAC or Multiome assays?
Answer: Samples with low cell viability can have higher background DNA contamination and lead to reduced assay performance. It is recommended that the cell viability is at least 70% before starting nuclei isolation for the standalone ATAC or Multiome ATAC + GEX assays.
Products: Single Cell ATAC, Single Cell Multiome ATAC + GEX
