Question: What if I do not get enough nuclei from 50mg of tissue using the Chromium Nuclei Isolation Kit?

Answer: We recommend not to exceed 50mg of tissue as input for the Chromium Nuclei Isolation kit. If nuclei yield is insufficient for your experiment, it is possible to run two or three preps of the same sample in parallel and then combine the nuclei at the end prior to the final wash step.
