Question: Is it expected for the corner back bumpers of my Visium CytAssist instrument to not touch the bench top?
Answer: It’s expected for the corner back bumpers to not touch the bench top provided that the instrument is properly leveled. When the CytAssist is properly leveled, the center back non-adjustable foot should be resting on the table top while the two non-adjustable corner back bumpers should not be touching the table top. If the corner back bumpers are touching the bench top, the CytAssist is either not level or is on an unlevel surface. If the instrument is unlevel, adjust the front feet while in Leveling Mode. If the instrument is on an unlevel surface, move the instrument to a level surface and then level the instrument using Leveling Mode.
