• Dual Index Kit TT Set A, 96 rxns (PN-1000215)

The sample index oligos contain the Illumina Read 2 sequence for priming and amplifying the Feature Barcode molecules during the Sample Index PCR:

The sample index sequences can be found at the links below (.csv and .json file formats).  The sample index plate used for Fixed RNA Profiling Gene Expression libraries is different from the sample index plates used for Fixed RNA Profiling Feature Barcode libraries.
