How is the firmware upgrade from an iX or Xo to an X completed?

Question: How is the firmware upgrade from an iX or Xo to an X completed?

Answer: The upgrade can be completed through the System > Firmware Update menu on the Chromium X Series Instrument. This can be done directly through this menu for internet connected instruments. No FAS or other 10x support is required.

Note: Chromium iX and Xo can both be upgraded to X. The iX cannot be changed to Xo, and vice versa.
