Question: Do we recommend replicates for Visium for FFPE v1?
Answer: The number of replicates will vary depending on the tissue being processed, as well as how variable each 5 µm consecutive slice is from the last slice.
In-house, we typically run at least 2 replicates per tissue type. In general, the number of replicates will depend on your research goal and available resources (tissue specimens, kits, sequencing).
