Question: What happens when I have a wetting/clog failure on the Chromium Connect?
Answer: If a wetting/clog failure occurs while using the Chromium Connect, the user can record that the sample failed GEM check. The run must proceed as is, a library will still be generated for that sample. Take a picture of the wetting/clog failure and contact 10x Genomics Support support@10xgenomics.com for reagent replacements.
