Question: What is the recommended sequencing depth for Genome libraries?
Answer: For reference-based mapping of a human genome, we recommend sequencing 128Gb (~40x coverage).
For de novo assembly of human genomes, the sequencing requirements are different. Our guidelines can be found at:

Note: For de novo genome sequencing, it is of critical to have starting material of 50kb or longer.
