Question: Is the amino acid sequence for the full V(D)J contig available?
Answer: Yes. You can find the translation to amino acid sequence (as well several other annotations) for each contig in the all_contig_annotations.json file output by Cell Ranger. The translated amino acid sequence follows the "aa_sequence" tag. Translations are only present if Cell Ranger detects a start codon for the contig.
