Question: Why are there unequal ratios of the four oligos (or oligo dropout) in my 10x library after sequencing?
Answer: In single index libraries, each sample index represents a pool of four different oligos that are present in equal amounts. Occasionally, one may observe unequal representation of the four oligos after sequencing a 10x library. This could be due to oligo dropout in a particular sample index well and does not impact library quality.
