Answer: The Cell Fixation Protocol for GEM-X Single Cell 3' & 5' Assays (CG000776) has been specifically validated and optimized for use with human or mouse PBMCs. That said, the Demonstrated Protocol may perform well with other sample types. The table below notes the different sample types that have been only tested once and any recommended protocol modifications.
