Question: Which reagents are compatible with GEM-X 3' v4?

Answer: To run GEM-X 3' v4 assay, new GEM, Gel Bead, Library, Chip Kits (and optionally, Feature Barcode Kit) are required. The Dual Index Plates used in the GEM-X 3' v4 assay are shared with the Next GEM assays (including 3' v3.1). A complete list of reagents required for the 3' v4 assay are listed below.

Mixing kit components between different chemistry versions is unsupported and is not covered under warranty.
