Question: How do I proceed after my Chromium Controller shows a 'Row _ Pressure' or 'Pressure not at setpoint' error?
Answer: A pressure error can occur at two different time points during the instrument run.
1) If this message is received within a few seconds of starting a run, eject the tray by pressing the eject button and check for dirt or debris on the 10x Gasket. If no debris is found, reapply the gasket and retry. If debris is observed, replace with a new 10x Gasket and try again. If the error message is still received after trying this more than twice, contact email@example.com for further assistance.
2) If this message is received after a few minutes into the run, the Chromium Next GEM Chip must be discarded. Do not try running this Chromium Next GEM Chip again as this may damage the Chromium Controller. If there are cells still available on ice, reload a new chip will and start a new run on the Chromium Controller. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
