Question: How do I proceed after my Chromium Controller shows a 'Row _ Pressure' or 'Pressure not at setpoint' error?
Answer: A pressure error can occur at two different time points during the instrument run.
1) If this message is received within a few seconds of starting a run, eject the tray by pressing the eject button and check for dirt or debris on the 10x Gasket. If debris is observed, replace with a new 10x Gasket and try again. If no debris is found, open and close the chip holder gently and retry. Opening and closing the chip holder realigns the gaskets if it was misaligned. If the error message is still received after trying the advice above, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
2) If this message is received after a few minutes into the run, the Chromium Next GEM Chip must be discarded. Do not try running this Chromium Next GEM Chip again as this may damage the Chromium Controller. If there are cells still available on ice, reload a new chip will and start a new run on the Chromium Controller. Please contact email@example.com for assistance.
