Question: What is the maximum number of freeze-thaw cycles for Xenium Reagent Plates
Answer: Xenium Reagent Plates are stored at -20°C have been validated for up to 3 freeze-thaw cycles (thawing overnight at 4°C). This includes the following plates:
- Xenium Decoding Module B (PN-2000799)
- Xenium Cell Segmentation Detection Module (PN-2000993)
It is important for the plate to stay sealed in the original mylar packaging during any thawing. Removal of packaging negates all recommendations listed above. Additional details on reagent plate preparation can be found in the Xenium Analyzer User Guide (CG000584).
