Question: How do I clean the bottles used to prepare Xenium Analyzer Buffers?
Answer: Pyrex Reusable Media Storage Bottles (500 ml and 1 L) or equivalent are used to prepare buffer for Xenium Analyzer instrument operation. Here are brief guidelines for cleaning residual Xenium Reagent Buffers from the glass bottles used during buffer preparation. This applies to the glass bottles used to prepare both Xenium Sample Wash Buffer A (Bottle 2) and Xenium Probe Removal Buffer (Bottle 4). The guidelines below are recommendations and alternative cleaning protocols may be followed. The most critical factors to consider for any bottle cleaning are that the bottles after cleaning are free of residual detergents, free of debris, and nuclease activity is minimized.
