Question - How can I add custom categories while aggregating (scGEX) analyses on 10x Genomics Cloud Analysis?
Answer - Select the analyses to be aggregated and ensure that they share a common reference.
The aggregation settings can be configured as follows. Only use the optional chemistry batch correction settings if the samples are from different assay chemistries. Click on the view advanced settings section to set custom categories such as disease condition, status, time etc
Add the required categories in the custom categories section as required for your experiments. These categories will be available in the cloupe file for use in Loupe Browser.
